Apple Hotel - Taitung

Big and clean rooms, excellent amenities. Great breakfast and free drinks. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Patrick. Free pick-up from train station and assistance with travel arrangements. Free bikes for easy city exploration. Excellent views of mountains and Pacific.

It was all superb.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Taitung and had a truly enjoyable experience. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect. They even provided a free pick-up and drop-off service at the rail station, which was a fantastic bonus. Additionally, the spacious room on the 8th floor offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Pacific. It was a great way to wake up each morning and unwind in the evening. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from and catered to both Western and Asian tastes. It made for a great start to the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I had no complaints.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, being close to Taitung Mackay hospital and other important landmarks. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Patrick, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He assisted us with organizing our trips and provided us with all the necessary information. Lastly, the rooms on the 8th floor were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

Had an amazing Xmas stay with my friends. the hotel has a great location and we were able to easily access the city centre. the staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary bike rental service which allowed us to explore the city on wheels. the free shuttle service to the train station was also a plus. the room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the city.

The breakfast options were not very Western-friendly, but we still managed to find some things we liked. We did find the non-slip mat in the shower uncomfortable to stand on and the coffee was never hot enough.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They provided excellent transportation services, including a free shuttle to and from the train station and a bicycle loan service. The staff was also very knowledgeable about the area and helped me plan my itinerary to make the most of my time. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to Mackay hospital. the rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, with lovely views of the mountains and Pacific ocean. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing free pickup and bikes, as well as giving gifts upon departure. the hotel's facilities, such as the covered parking and reliable WiFi, add to the comfortable experience. the breakfast provided is great, with a variety of options catering to Western and Asian palettes.

the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with fantastic recommendations and even helped us save money on taxis. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, with comfortable rooms on the 8th floor. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the Taitung Mackay hospital was convenient. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice view of the mountains and the ocean from the balcony. Free bike rental was helpful to explore the city.

We stayed during New Year's Eve and there was no festive atmosphere in the hotel. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in accommodating guests’ requests.
